A Welsh pub operator has launched a Mexican-themed celebration across multiple venues for the August Bank Holiday weekend.
The Maindee Hotel in Newport is among the locations taking part in the initiative, which has been arranged by the community pub company Proper Pubs.
Guests can sample mini margaritas in four varieties: Blanco, pineapple, grapefruit, and jalapeño, accompanied by themed decorations, music and entertainment.
Three drinks are priced between £7 and £9, while six drinks cost between £10 and £12, with a promotional card included for those ordering six that offers the chance to win a complimentary tequila shot.
Several other pubs throughout Wales are participating in the event, including the Bush Inn in Aberdare, the Vale of Rheidol in Aberystwyth, the Goat Hotel in Bala, the Griffin Inn and Y Pentan in Mold, the Six Bells in Rhyl, St Georges Hotel in Swansea, and the Cross Foxes Inn and Long Pull both in Wrexham.
Proper Pubs operates as part of the Admiral Taverns group, which manages 239 pubs across England, Scotland and Wales.
