A regional housebuilder has secured the highest possible recognition for customer satisfaction.
Dandara Wales has achieved a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation for the sixth consecutive year in the organisation’s nationwide survey.
Sara Taylor, who serves as sales director at Dandara Wales and West, expressed that attaining five stars for six years running reflects the team’s dedication to exceeding standards. She noted that the recognition highlights the workforce’s efforts to provide top-quality homes and consistently meet customer expectations. She added that the company appreciates both its staff and customers who trust them to build homes and communities worth belonging to.
The HBF survey, among the most extensive of its type in the nation, collects responses from new property owners at eight weeks and nine months following occupation.
Obtaining a five-star rating demands a minimum threshold of 4.15 out of five. This year, Dandara Wales surpassed this requirement with a score of 4.46.
The company presently has ongoing projects at Sant Silian in Old St Mellons, Cardiff, and Golwg Gwendraeth in Carmarthenshire.
