A renewable energy firm has collected multiple honours at a UK-wide sector gathering.

IR Energy was acknowledged at this year’s Energy Efficiency Awards for work in installation quality, innovation, customer service, and career advancement, all aimed at supporting the transition to net zero.

The company took home prizes for Regional New Build or Renovation Project of the Year and Regional Trainee/Apprentice of the Year.

Three further categories saw the business receive runner-up recognition: Regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year, Regional Vulnerable Customer Support Organisation of the Year, and Regional Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year.

Ryan Morgan, managing director and company founder, said the accolades provided tremendous validation for the dedication shown by the entire Wales-based workforce.

He noted that from office staff to installation teams operating in all climates, every team member plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to clients each day.

The Energy Efficiency Awards highlight exceptional performance across Britain’s green energy sector and celebrate achievements in installation excellence, pioneering approaches, client relations, and workforce development.

IR Energy’s results reflect its growing reputation for delivering premium renewable energy solutions across Wales and neighbouring territories.

The company also offered congratulations to other contenders, those nominated for prizes, and fellow victors, describing the awards as highlighting the highest levels of skill and inventiveness in the sector.

A representative indicated that IR Energy looked forward to building on this success as it strengthens its standing as a leading Welsh renewable energy provider, committed to raising benchmarks and supporting the move towards a more sustainable future.

The organisation additionally thanked the Energy Efficiency Awards coordinators and sponsors for creating an event that consistently encourages excellence and innovation throughout the industry.
