Firm hails trainee accountants as the vital heartbeat of the organisation

A bookkeeping and auditing business has recognised the contribution of emerging professionals to its ongoing expansion and achievements.

Ashmole & Co, which operates throughout southern and western parts of Wales, has referred to student accountants as fundamental to its operations, emphasising how crucial they are to the company’s advancement and prospects.

Among the newest group is Megan Morgan, who began working at the Neath branch not long ago and has already succeeded in three Association of Accounting Technicians assessments.

Dave Morgan, a director at the Neath branch, expressed that supporting the development of upcoming qualified accountants is vital for the industry.

He noted that junior team members are essential for the firm to thrive in coming years.

He added that the organisation operates locally and consistently seeks to recruit people from the surrounding area.

Ms Morgan, whose family owns agricultural land close to Tycroes in Ammanford, became part of the team after finishing her sixth-form studies at Ysgol Maes y Gwendraeth in Cefneithin.

She mentioned that she appreciates Ashmole & Co for enabling her to become part of the organisation as a junior staff member.

She explained that finding satisfaction in assisting clients, making certain tasks are handled properly and precisely, gives her pleasure.

She takes satisfaction in her duties, understanding that figures and records are organised clearly, comprehensibly and with careful attention to precision.

Ashmole & Co maintains a longstanding training programme, which persistently draws substantial numbers of hopefuls annually.

Megan was among three juniors who commenced with the company the previous summer, with a further five openings expected to be publicised throughout this year.

Ashmole & Co ranks among the biggest chartered certified accounting firms operating in southern Wales, providing assistance to private individuals, independent traders, business partnerships, and incorporated businesses.

The company frequently posts vacancies for both experienced and entry-level applicants.

Those interested may forward their details to AshmoleHR@ashmole.co.uk or submit applications through the company’s online platform at www.ashmole.co.uk.
