The occasion, staged by Semperfli Fly Tying Materials alongside Newport Reservoirs Fly Fishing Association, takes place at Penyrheol Community Centre in Caerphilly on Saturday, May 9.

Guests may attend between 9.30am and 4pm to gain practical experience in fly-tying and angling, acquire new techniques, and network with other hobbyists.

The pop-up showcase caters to experienced practitioners as well as those simply exploring the craft.

Visitors can also engage with representatives from Yellow Belly Fly Tying, Garry Evans Tackle Shop, Bruce and Walker, alongside guest tyers.

The gathering is suitable for families and open to participants of every age.

Approximately 80 individuals are anticipated to attend the roadshow.

The objective is to establish an approachable environment for enthusiasts of fishing and fly-tying to exchange experiences and enjoy themselves.

The community centre sits at 2 Heol Aneurin, Penyrheol.

Admission is complimentary for everyone.
