A 20-year-old narcotics dealer has admitted to heroin and crack cocaine distribution charges.

Leo Moulton, residing at Allen Close in Bettws, Newport, acknowledged involvement in heroin distribution and intent to supply crack cocaine during the period spanning October 21, 2025 through March 10 of this year.

Proceedings have been postponed until May 14 to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be compiled.

The accused was held in detention at Cardiff Crown Court under the authority of Judge Daniel Williams.

Gareth Williams acted as defence counsel while Paul Hewitt represented the prosecution.
