A Newporter named Cain Stoten from Clytha Square was directed to settle £842.50 covering a financial penalty, legal expenses and arrears after being found guilty of operating a vehicle that had not been registered.
Jamie Gould, aged 42 and residing at Kidwelly Close in Llanyravon, Cwmbran, received an 18-month community order along with a restraining order of identical length. The court was informed that he acknowledged breaking the windows of an Audi on August 15 the year before. He must also complete a 26-day accredited programme, provide £400 in reparation and pay £85 towards legal costs.
Jason Dixon, 43, of Cape Lindsey Road in Newport, was ordered to pay £355 which includes costs and an additional surcharge for ignoring traffic signals at red and green arrows as well as lane closures. Three points were added to his driving record.
Chloe Jones, 31, from Yscuborwen in Tredegar, was directed to pay £204 comprising a financial penalty, costs and surcharge after she admitted guilt for using or holding a television receiver without the required licence.
Ultra Care Health Professionals, situated on Enterprise Way in Newport, was issued with a £660 financial penalty together with £85 in costs and a further £32.50 surcharge for keeping a vehicle that lacked valid road tax.
Daniel Lee Prosser, 35, of Arnold Place in Tredegar, was ordered to pay £408 which includes costs and surcharge for possessing a motor vehicle without insurance cover.
Matthew Meyrick, 44, who has no fixed address in the Caerphilly area, was directed to pay £165 in penalties and costs after he confessed to being drunk in a public place at Cardiff Central railway station on February 28.
Louise Morgan, who lives on Jones Street in Phillipstown New Tredegar, Caerphilly, was ordered to pay £408 which includes costs and surcharge for possessing an uninsured motor vehicle.
OMG Catering Services Ltd, based at Mission Court in Newport, was fined £1,170 covering penalty, costs and surcharge for neglecting to supply driver identification details when legally compelled to do so.
Jan Horvath, 35, from Locke Street in Newport, was ordered to pay £1,044 which includes costs and surcharge for keeping an uninsured vehicle on a public highway. Six points were endorsed on his driving licence.
