According to the company, the disruption stems from a fault affecting underground cables in the vicinity, and technicians are currently addressing the problem.

Electricity is expected to be back on by 3pm today.

Affected locations appear in orange on the map.

The outage was initially logged at 6:21 this morning.

All households had their electricity supply reinstated at 2:51pm.
