Homes lose electricity after voltage issue

National Grid has confirmed that 70 homes in Trethomas are experiencing an electricity supply disruption due to what has been described as a ‘low voltage incident’.

We will provide further information as it becomes available.

The following postcodes are impacted: CF83 8DE, CF83 8DG, CF83 8DJ, CF83 8FR, CF83 8HN, CF83 8JA.

According to National Grid, the outage stems from a fault affecting underground cables in the vicinity. Engineers are currently on site addressing the problem.

National Grid anticipates that electricity supply will be back online by 3pm this afternoon.

This interruption was initially logged at 06:21 this morning.

Electricity supply to all properties was re-established at 2.51pm.
