Police launch desperate hunt for missing woman

Officers are seeking public assistance in locating a 33-year-old female from Bedwas who has been reported absent from her home.

Gwent Police have stated they have worries regarding the wellbeing of Georgina Dyke, whose last known sighting occurred in the retail precinct of Lansbury Park, Caerphilly, at approximately 5.15pm on Tuesday, March 24, heading towards Porset Park. She is described as Caucasian, approximately 5 feet 2 inches in height, slender in frame, with long straight dark brown or black hair and brown eyes.

Dyke was last observed dressed in a black body warmer, a grey shirt and black trousers. Investigators are aware she maintains connections to Caerphilly, Bargoed and Cardiff, and are urging anyone who may have spotted her or who possesses knowledge regarding her possible whereabouts to get in touch.

Those possessing any details about Georgina’s current location are requested to telephone 101 or contact Gwent Police via their Facebook or X (formerly Twitter) social media accounts, providing log reference 2600091548. Officers are also encouraging Georgina herself to reach out to police to confirm her safety.
