Published on

An establishment is seeking permission to retail alcoholic beverages.

Q’s Local Ltd, located at 2 Canal Terrace, Newport, has submitted a request to the council for off-site alcohol sales.

Should the request receive approval, the business would be permitted to trade alcohol daily between 8am and 10pm.

Those interested in examining the complete submission may do so by arrangement through Newport City Council’s licensing section at the Civic Centre on Godfrey Road.

Viewings are available on weekdays during standard business hours.

To arrange a visit, contact 01633 656656 or send a message to environment.licensing@newport.gov.uk.

Similar public notifications appear on publicnoticeportal.uk.

The submission is additionally accessible via www.newport.gov.uk/licensing.

Making a fraudulent declaration in connection with a premises licence submission constitutes an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Those convicted of this violation may be subject to a level 5 penalty.
