Cardiff marketing agency launches to help businesses improve AI search visibility

Published on

A fresh marketing venture has been established in St Mellons, Cardiff, through collaboration between Black Swan Productions and Welsh investment and charitable enterprise MASANAS.

Black Swan Agency commenced operations on 19 October as an integral component of the MASANAS Group structure.

The enterprise merges artificial intelligence analytics with creative capabilities and commercial acumen to assist organisations in enhancing their profile, establishing authority and discovering expansion possibilities across conventional search platforms alongside AI-driven discovery services.

The establishment arrives as consumers progressively utilise artificial intelligence applications including ChatGPT and Claude when investigating companies, evaluating offerings and seeking guidance.

The company’s methodology centres on three foundational areas: Visibility, Influence and Growth.

Stephanie Stephens occupies the position of Agency Director, overseeing strategic vision, marketing approaches and operational execution, having previously developed an entrepreneurial career within the marketing sector.

Mark Sweeny serves as Commercial Director, bringing experience as a technology entrepreneur and investor alongside leadership in commercial operations.

Haydn Wakeling holds the Creative Director role, having originally founded Black Swan Productions and invested the preceding five years cultivating its standing within the creative and production sectors.

The agency operates under the registered trading identity Black Swan Marketing LTD, with its official address listed at Great Point Studios, Wentloog Avenue, St Mellons, Cardiff.

MASANAS functions as a Welsh investment and philanthropic organisation.
