Coca-Cola Christmas truck could return to South Wales in 2026 after public vote

Published on

The Coca-Cola Christmas Truck may return to South Wales during its 2026 tour, following previous visits to towns and cities across the region.

The public will have an opportunity to select the next British destination for the vehicle, marking the first time Coca-Cola has involved the public in deciding where the tour should go.

Charlotte Butt, senior brand manager at Coca-Cola Great Britain, said the vote is intended to celebrate local communities and create additional festive experiences.

According to Butt, the truck has long provided memorable Christmas events in communities throughout Great Britain, while the new vote will allow people to choose the town that would benefit most from an extra visit.

Each stop on the tour will feature festive games beneath a canopy of twinkling lights.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to take photographs beside the red vehicle, including festive selfies and family pictures.

Complimentary refreshments will be available, with Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Diet Coke among the choices, alongside the chance to win exclusive Coca-Cola merchandise.

Social media personality Joe Sugg is launching the vote this week.

He said Christmas activities can bring people together and provide families and friends with a shared seasonal experience, adding that the selected town could gain additional festive attractions from the truck’s visit.

Voting takes place through the Coca-Cola website and closes at midnight on November 3.

Participants must satisfy the age and eligibility requirements shown on the site, with full terms and conditions available on the voting page.
