Lovell Homes is marketing Locke Gardens, a residential development in Newport that forms part of the wider Glan Llyn regeneration scheme in Llanwern.

The regeneration programme is expected to deliver 500 properties.

Within Locke Gardens, 286 homes are planned with two, three or four bedrooms.

The development also includes 80 affordable homes and 134 shared-ownership properties, delivered in partnership with Codi.

Current prices start with the two-bedroom Gainsborough at £252,500.

Available three-bedroom houses include the Lambourne, priced from £291,500, the Lansdown from £295,995 and the Milford from £343,500.

Four-bedroom options comprise the Redbourne at £398,000, the Roseberry at £405,000 and the Richmond from £440,000.

The development offers a range of financial assistance and moving options.

The Lovell Homes 5% Saver applies to selected plots and can be used towards a deposit, moving expenses or improvements to a property.

For plot 310, the two-bedroom Gainsborough, the saving is worth £12,625.

Help to Buy Wales is also available for eligible new-build homes costing no more than £300,000.

Another option, Helping Hands, enables existing homeowners to sell their property without paying estate-agent fees, while part exchange is also offered.

Suzie Hewitt, Lovell Homes’ regional sales director, said the development provides options for people at different stages of home ownership.

These include buying a first home, securing additional space or arranging a future relocation.

A variety of purchase schemes and incentives are available on selected plots, together with assistance intended to make a move more straightforward.

Prospective purchasers interested in relocating to Newport can visit the Lansdown and Roseberry show homes.

The on-site sales office operates every day from 10am until 5pm.
