Newport football supporters are being offered a Sunday pub promotion that provides one complimentary drink for every four paid for.
The Straight Through Crew offer is being introduced by the Maindee Hotel for customers who want to watch football at their local venue.
To take part, customers must prepay for four identical drinks.
The selection includes draught or cask pints, along with certain soft drinks.
Once the qualifying drinks have been purchased, the customer receives a fifth matching drink at no extra charge.
The Maindee Hotel also operates a stamp card system, with staff marking the card for each pint purchased.
The hotel is one of 10 Welsh pubs participating in the scheme, all of which belong to Proper Pubs, the community pub division of Admiral Taverns.
A Proper Pubs spokesperson described the offer as combining Sunday football, good value and the appeal of a local pub.
The promotion applies every Sunday, whether or not a football match is being screened.
Customers are advised to consume alcohol responsibly and drink at a pace that suits them while taking advantage of the offer.
