4.5 acres of commercial land near Tesla hub in Welshpool goes on sale

Published on

Commercial property specialists Halls Commercial have brought 4.5 acres of commercial land at Rhallt View in Buttington Cross, Welshpool, to the market.

The roadside site sits adjacent to an established Costa outlet and Tesla electric vehicle charging facility.

The land is available for purchase in its entirety or can be acquired in separate parcels.

Alternative arrangements including pre-let design and build packages may be considered, subject to planning permission being granted.

General infrastructure works at the site have been partially completed.

The agents indicated that the property would appeal to owner occupiers, investment funds and development companies.

Current commercial operations at Buttington Cross have already generated significant employment opportunities for the Welshpool area.

Representatives suggested that development of the Rhallt View site could provide additional jobs for emerging and growing enterprises, contingent on securing necessary planning and regulatory approvals.

The town’s transport links to Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Newtown were highlighted as demonstrating its importance as a commercial hub.

James Evans, who leads the commercial division at Halls Commercial, explained that commercial development plays a vital role in sustaining the economic wellbeing of Welshpool.

He stated that such development introduces capital to the region, generates employment and offers chances for enterprises to become established and develop.

He described Welshpool as a robust and strategically positioned location, with the sale of land at Rhallt View presenting a valuable chance to draw further external investment and job opportunities.

Evans noted that construction firms, trade businesses, suppliers, local service providers and other commercial enterprises could all gain from the multiplier effect created by investment in new commercial projects.

He said the function of Halls Commercial is to enable investment and present suitable commercial development opportunities that make a positive contribution to Welshpool’s future, creating employment and supporting the broader local economy.

The asking price may be obtained by contacting Halls Commercial directly.
