Cardiff tech firm invited to Thailand after decade-long Triumph partnership

Published on

A Cardiff-headquartered digital transformation company has marked the achievements of an almost ten-year collaboration with an international motorcycle producer by receiving an invitation to a dealer conference held in Thailand.

The partnership, which commenced in 2017, has enabled the technology firm to modernise and simplify procedures throughout the manufacturer’s worldwide dealership network through the creation of digital solutions and analytical dashboards.

Among the innovations developed was an industry-pioneering web-based scheduling mechanism for service appointments, which has subsequently been rolled out to more than 630 dealerships operating across over twenty nations globally.

The most recent addition to the collaboration arrived in 2025 with the introduction of a custom-built digital application designed to support the motorcycle company’s objective of acknowledging dealership teams demonstrating exceptional performance.

The system consolidates commercial and operational metrics, enabling participating dealerships to monitor their standing and results relative to the established benchmarks, with top-performing teams receiving invitations to the corporation’s annual business gathering held in Thailand.

This initiative forms part of a wider digital transformation programme implemented across the manufacturer’s operations, during which the technology company has converted intricate datasets into straightforward, practical applications serving both its international dealership network and headquarters functions.

The initiatives have provided assistance across critical business areas such as motorcycle sales, inventory control, dealership evaluation, maintenance scheduling and client loyalty programmes.

The invitation to the conference acknowledges the durability of the established working relationship and follows twelve months of intensive joint effort to construct and administer the digital infrastructure supporting the recognition initiative.

Spindogs’ Bespoke Systems and Automotive Lead, Catherine Timson, stated that the company was delighted to have received the invitation to Triumph’s Global Dealer Conference in Thailand, noting that the collaboration had been constructed upon years of mutual aspiration resulting in the creation of advanced technological solutions, with the shared goal of continuing to develop a digital future and streamlining procedures for Triumph personnel and customers alike.

The Global Dealer Conference unites Triumph’s worldwide dealership network to acknowledge accomplishments, present forthcoming strategies and provide insights into the brand’s forthcoming product developments.
