A jury has convicted a 21-year-old man following proceedings involving four charges of sexual assault against a child.

The offenses took place in Ebbw Vale during 2023, Cardiff Crown Court jurors heard.

The accused maintained his innocence throughout proceedings.

Judge Vanessa Francis ordered the preparation of a pre-sentence report and scheduled the matter for June 5.

Kani Tilki, previously residing in Ebbw Vale and currently listed at Meadow View Close, Hoyland, Barnsley, was taken into custody.
