Arts & Business Cymru has arranged a virtual workshop designed to assist creative sector organisations in using impact measurement to inform their strategic approach.

The training will examine ways organisations can utilise impact information to develop strategy, strengthen governance, and improve decision-making processes.

Participants will discover how to employ research and findings to direct their organisation’s future development.

The event is intended primarily for executives and board trustees, with a suggestion that both categories attend jointly to encourage teamwork and joint accountability when creating impact-focused strategy and governance frameworks.

Hannah Woods and Mark Richardson will deliver the session.

Those taking part will access the event through Zoom on Wednesday, 6 May, from 10:00 am until 11:30 am.

The workshop is available at no charge for A&B Cymru Members, whereas non-members must pay £50 plus VAT.
