Helen Conway, aged 63 and similarly domiciled in Gellihaf, Blackwood, received matching penalties of £691 including costs and surcharge for the identical reporting omission as company officer of Ty Melin Bakery Ltd for the financial year concluding October 31, 2025.
Rio Ruff Marsh, occupant of Clos Y Goedlan in Garndiffaith, Pontypool, was assessed a £220 financial penalty alongside £85 in costs and £14.25 in arrears for retaining an unregistered motor vehicle.
