Alisha Tucker, 22, residing at George Lansbury Drive in Newport, was ordered to pay £313 comprising a financial penalty, associated costs and an additional surcharge after admitting responsibility for operating a car with tyres lacking adequate tread depth.

Kenzie Prosser, 18, of Fernhill Terrace in Phillipstown, Caerphilly, was ordered to pay £288 comprising a financial penalty, associated costs and an additional surcharge after admitting to driving at excess speed within a 20mph designated area.

Cindy Rowlands, 56, of Mount Pleasant Close in Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, was ordered to pay £428 comprising a financial penalty, associated costs and an additional surcharge for operating or installing a television receiver without valid authorisation.

Andrew Dredge, 41, of Market Street in Abertillery, received a six-month driving ban after admitting to the offence of failing to provide details identifying the driver of a vehicle suspected of committing an offence.

Scott David Harris, 38, of Trostrey in Hollybush, Cwmbran, was ordered to pay £1,044 comprising a financial penalty, associated costs and an additional surcharge for failing to supply identifying details of a vehicle driver or rider when requested.
